The following applies to all products in our own central warehouse: All orders received by 12 am (Monday to Saturday) are usually handed over to our forwarding agent within 1-2 working days. The availabilities are visible on every product in real time.
The shipment can be tracked online after entering the tracking number
Please check the package carefully upon receipt and inform us and the shipping service provider of any damage immediately.

We ship all orders within the EU with our shipping partners, Post NL, DPD and UPS.
Where a product is being returned, it must be in it’s original packaging and unopened in order to be eligible for a refund. Postage costs are non-refundable.
We offer a 14 day refund policy. If you are unhappy with a product purchased from our store, please contact us no later than 14 days from the date of sale by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number and describe your complaint.
If you have notified us that you wish to have a refund and are intending to return the goods, you must make sure that the goods reach us within 14 days of the notification to be eligible for a refund.
We do not grow, cure, package, and ship from the same buildings or property. All our products leave the trimming building and are taken to our packaging facility. Here, we have a room with hooded outtake fans to keep the smell out of the room and off the packaging. They are weighed by one person, put into a smell proof mylar bags by another using a funnel, and finally closed by a third person, and the mylar bag is then sealed. In this manner, no one ever touches the bag with contaminated hands, and the room isn¹t permeated with smell and residue. The bags then are taken to our shipping dept where no raw product exists, not only keeping residue and smell off your order, but also off all our shipping materials. When your order is filled, your whole order is put into another smell proof mylar bag and sealed to insure the least possible chance of smell.
